  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of our engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQUBICS Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you:

  • Fail to make payments as agreed.
  • Engage in unlawful activities.

You may terminate services by providing written notice as per the terms of your service agreement.
